Finished in code correct Raven Black/Colonial White with two-tone White & Black combination vinyl & cloth interior, this exceptional and rare Ford Fairlane 500 Sunliner Soft-top represents the second production year for this classic convertible! Well ahead of its time, these cars demonstrate, perhaps, the pinnacle of 1950’s design as well as mechanical ingenuity! This is the epitome of ?50s flash. The ’58 Fords received virtually all-new sheetmetal, including the hottest new trend in the industry, quad headlights, plus revised tailfins that were a bit more aggressive than ’57, ostensibly a response to the new ?gull-wing? Chevrolets. Top-of-the-line Fairlane 500 trim included the sweeping stainless side spears with gold anodized inserts that make the Sunliner look a mile long. That effect is only accentuated by the continental kit, which adds to the fully-dressed look. Other options include dual side view mirrors, decklid-mounted antenna, fender skirts, and the distinctive “hockey stick” trim along the rockers, and it’s all in excellent condition.Mileage is as shown on odometer.
