Fill out the form including name and address, payment information, and the description of
the vehicle. Then print. Mail in the form, payment, and picture of the vehicle. (you can run up to Four pictures, any will do but 4 x 6 size is preferred)
I, the undersigned, authorize Cars-On-Line to publish, using the photograph’s provided and
advertise my vehicle or personal property (automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, campers, houses, buildings, and others.
I also release Cars-On-Line from all liability in the photography, production, and reproduction of any and all photographs taken of me and my property. I have read the Ad Agreement and will abide by its terms.
(There is a $10.00 additional scanning fee for SLIDE SHOWS only.)
