1967 Pontiac GTO Coupe|
Pontiac GTO Coupe. This is a fantastic PHS documented 1967 Pontiac GTO Project car. 400ci with turbo 400 trans. Transmission has had recent rebuild. The exterior still shows its factory gold paint and inside it still retains its original black interior with buckets with console and his and hers Hurst shifter. This car originally came with a black vinyl top. It comes complete besides missing a couple of chrome pieces and radiator. Interior is very nice dash just one small crack. Woodgrain still looks good. This car has some rare factory options including power steering, rear speaker, rear window defroster and ten bolt posi rear end. The original engine has been changed and had a rod knocking but a great running 68 400ci YC motor comes with the car. I would consider the condition of this project car better than average. Has a couple of small holes in front floor pan, will need the trunk pan patched or replaced, and the rear deck filler panel will need replaced. The rear lower quarters will need patched and drivers front fender will need some rust repair done. Overall this will be an easy restore without chasing down missing parts and its REAL GTO!!!
