Oldsmobile Delta Convertible. 88 Royale. Red exterior (original color) and burgundy interior with a white top. Records indicate the last Delta 88 Royale convertible to roll off the assembly line was a red convertible with a build date of 7/11/75. An interesting issue with this one is the build date, 7/75. I bought this car in 1981.
FACTORY OPTIONS: Power brakes, power steering, power convertible top, cruise control, power trunk release, power drivers seat, AM/FM 8 track tape player ( that works) , automatic transmission, 455 Cu. in Engine (numbers matching), clock, sport mirrors with remote drivers side. DRIVETRAIN UPGRADES: -700R 4 speed overdrive automatic transmission, it really helps with driveability and gas mileage. -rebuilt quick ratio power steering gear by Power Steering Gear Service in St Louis, Missouri. 3:42 limited slip rear axle. 455 V8 w 4 bbl carb completely and professionally rebuilt to original specifications 7-08 .@ 91,750. mi CHASSIS UPGRADE: 7/3/96 @ 82,276mi tie rods (4), ball joints (4) bushings, front coil springs. 5/08 @ 91,500mi. rear coil springs and front/ rear shocks. BODY: Car has never been in a winter and has it ever been wrecked. It was repainted in 6/96 @ 82114. mi All chrome has been replated. all door/ window seals and sweeps are new replacements. Body and frame are exceptionally rust free. Original body side moldings. INTERIOR: Very nice shape, however drivers seat needs to be reupholstered.
