Pontiac Firebird . Thank you for viewing this 1969 Firebird 350 convertible transformed into a tribute Trans Am. 15 years ago I started the transformation in great detail; the engine is a 1969 400 4V code YT with code 62 cylinder heads, body painted by the GM codes 50/50 Cameo White/Lucerne Blue, the engine Silver Blue, and the interior painted code 210 Blue. Over the years I have tried to keep this specific to the original, but over the last 2 years I begun to change things: Set of 2 pc Thruster 17" wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Comp TA, MSD complete ignition, Holley carb, and Hotchkis Sub-Frame and X-Brace. I have replaced all the shocks and replaced the F/R springs to Trans Am spec. Currently I have Global West Tubular Control Arms (U/L) and a Magna S/S Exhaust that need to installed.
Overall this tribute is in excellent condition, but it is not a trailer queen; my family and I have enjoyed this car every weekend from spring to fall, and than stored for the winter.
