Pontiac Chieftain Deluxe. I bought this car 1/04 as a "runner", with a solid body and have since spent many, many happy hours restoring the car to it's present prime condition. As a former British auto and aircraft mechanic, I have accomplished this pleasing task aided by some professionals. Since achieving roadworthiness, I have driven about 500 test miles without incident, more recently on a Pontiac club outing, and it is gratifying receiving the friendly waves and attracting many conversationalists. Alas my American wife, as women do, dictates that we sell "to make way for something more practical". It's a beautiful car!
