Triumph TR4 . Otherwise known as TR-Ford. Much better looking than a Sunbeam Tiger and faster. Looks like engine was meant for the engine compartment. Engine was professionally retro-fitted without chopping or changing original Triumph look. A small block Ford engine weighs only 50lb more than a Tr-6 motor. This car is a blast to drive, easy to change the plugs or turn any bolt on and a big person fits in it very comfortable. Runs cool and chirps the tires in all 3 gears.
All Original 1963 Triumph Roadster Body is stock looking on the outside. Healthy 302V-8 with low miles and no leak down issues and strong ring seal. C-4 Trans with new B&M QuiK Silver shifter. Frame reinforced and suspension stiffened to support extra power and still handle well.
Front disc brakes, new brake wheel cylinders. Brand new top & Touneau cover. Nice paint, 15" Mini-Lite wheels and nice LeCarra steering wheel. Engine nicely dressed with alum. Edelbrock Performer manifold, custom headers and larger, better cooling radiator.
Bucket seats in very good condition, adjustable to allow for taller person, nice carpet through-out. Dual exhaust that drops subtly before back tires. Includes Triumph mechanics manual, original owner's booklet, parts suppliers book. $20,000 invested.
