Back-cut gear dogs for smoother shifting and accurate engagement. 8620H chromemoly steel used for all gears. Gear faces honed and ground and computer-fitted for minimum vibration. Hard-chromed main and countershafts. 32-tooth front pulley included (23-tooth chain sprocket on the 5-speed in a 4-speed case transmission) lower case studs already installed. 3? Frame: 2003 Santee 250 Chopper Frame with Dual Down Tubes This frame is made from 1 3/8" tubing for major strength, has a 6" leg stretch and 4" back bone stretch leading into a 45 degree neck angle/ Santee's signature axle plates 250 tire on 18" rims. 1 " offset kit and axle. (tank, battery box, hidden axle and axle covers w/internal fork stops, stainless neck cap) 250 Rear Wheel/ Stretch 4? Forward O? Up/ 45? Degree Rake Custom Frame Gusset ?Devil- Red Mayhem? Softail Shock Standard Harley Davidson 99-05 Adjustable Ride Height System Custom 250 Fender/ Splash Guard Kickstand Custom Weld-on style Custom Gas tank and Custom Chrome Cap Exhaust System: West Coast Chopper (WCC) Hell Bent Pipes Original Jesse James pipes triple stepped. 1-3/4" diameter at the head, then stepped up to 2" then 2-1/4" finish with slash cut tips. The pipes are show quality chrome plated using a process that is more resistant to heat discoloration than standard plating processes. Exhaust pipe included a unique chrome plated mounting bracket.
