Mercury Camper. This Camper was built in California in late sixties. Was brought to N.Y. in about 1974 by a couple of Hippies. It was sold to a NY state trooper, because the hippies ran out of money and wanted to get back to Calif. I purshased the camper in 1985 and refurbished it. I changed the original 292 Eng with automatic Trans. to a rebuilt 351 Windsor motor and four speed std. from a 1970 Mercury Cyclone. It is very dependable and well kept up. Always under cover and out of the elements, incl: sun and rain. Am selling it only because its time for someone else to have as much fun in it as I have. Drastic price reduction Jan/Feb 2005 ONLY. Price increased due to further restoration work done.
